Allulose is a rare sugar naturally found in fruits like figs and raisins, offering around 70% of the sweetness of regular sugar but with 90% fewer calories, making it virtually calorie-free. Unlike sucrose, it is a monosaccharide, thus containing a single sugar molecule, which allows it to behave just like sugar
